Terms: I (we) understand that your terms are 30 days from the date of invoice and that no shipment is normally made on delinquent accounts. Invoices above 30 days are subject to a service charge. I (we) agree to keep within these terms if granted credit. Should this account ever become delinquent, and it would be necessary to employ an agent for collection, I (we) hereby agree to pay a reasonable additional sum for collection costs. I (we) understand that it is common practice in the printing industry to have overruns/under runs of 10%, and that it is acceptable to be invoiced accordingly.
