Product focus: loop stitching
Loop stitching is ideal for inserting bound printed products into ring binders. Like saddle stitching, loop stitching is compatible with products that include multiple stocks and have a wide range of final trim sizes. Drilled books, catalogs and brochures usually are difficult to use because the pages don't turn easily unless they're first removed from the binder. On the other hand, loop stitched bound products lie flat even when still bound by ring metals.
Of course, the other main benefit to loop stitching when compared to drilling is that your photos and copy won't have holes in them!
We offer both standard and oversized loop stitching. Why oversized loops? They work better for many applications. The extra clearance gives the end user more flexibility and makes it extra easy to add and remove loop-stitched materials.
