The Willow Marketing Survey
We recently sent out a survey to our clients asking a wide range of questions, from budget allocation to newsletter topic interests to social media usage. We thought we might highlight some of the key results for you.
Not surprisingly, interest levels for content lie in exactly the same areas where marketing dollars are being allocated: Social Media, Online Marketing, and effective Email Marketing. As well, effective communication/copywriting, how to print less and increase response rates, how to lower postage costs, how to measure marketing efforts, digital and variable print, general marketing, photography and imagery were most popular.
When clients were asked to identify their top three topic areas, social media, effective email marketing, digital and variable print, and graphic design scored highest.
Finally, we asked how we were doing—an overall rating of Willow. The average response? 4.25 out of 5 stars. We are proud of our rating and thank our clients for the positive feedback.
